We can't thank you enough for the overwhelming support of the SL-200 launch! We have been working hard to get your orders shipped as soon as possible without compromising on quality. We've already shipped over 100 orders from our first small batch production.
Feedback on the new lights has been overwhelmingly positive, and our new S-LOCK attachment mechanism has been performing excellent. However, some of our customers experienced problems with the electronics (less than 5%). After some investigation, we narrowed down the cause to be small variations in battery size leading to increased internal vibrations which can damage the electronics over time.
Our priority at ShredLights is to deliver you the highest quality product to keep you safe at night. In order to make sure that everyone receives the most reliable product possible, we are currently reworking all the remaining units to maximize long term reliability. This means we have to postpone shipping for another week to stop this issue from continuing any longer.
Updated Shipping Schedule
- Orders placed from June 12th - June 26th will be shipped the week of July 29th.
- Orders placed after June 26th will be shipped the week of August 19th
