We want you to be totally satisfied about the products you purchase from ShredLights. If, at any time, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, no questions asked. All merchandise must be in like-new condition, and any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Return shipping charges may apply, and associated shipping fees are not refundable.
ShredLights Return Instructions
If you bought your products directly from ShredLights.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee above, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting ShredLights Customer Service.
- Safely package products that you’ve received authorization to return.
- When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the return is processed.
- To be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off at the carrier within seven days of requesting an RMA. Late returns will not be accommodated.
- Upon receipt of your package, and pending approval, the cost of the item will be refunded via the same method used to purchase the product.
ShredLights Warranty
ShredLights products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of delivery. ShredLights’ sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at ShredLights’ sole discretion. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. ShredLights assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from using this product. In no event shall ShredLights be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from using this product or any of its parts. Because of possible user resealing errors, this product is not warranted against water housing leakage or any resulting damage. Please review and follow the instructions carefully before using ShredLights. Returns or replacements of parts and products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and restocking fees.
