These lights are bright, like headlights on a car bright. I have learned at their brightest setting they actually can been too bright for other's on the road. Everything is lit up with these and they last just as long as the battery system on my longboard. That being said. I did have one crash and the plastic clip on the underside of the lights snapped where the screws fastened into them. It would be nice if they were metal. However, they broke in a very convenient way, I should be able to find a proper plastic binding compound and get them fixed right up so I can continue using them.
I ordered a couple sl1000+ lights for my exway board and they were super easy to install they arrived super fast and they throw a beam out that is remarkable! These lights are so bright vehicles hide being me telling me to turn my lights down! I love these things and they could double as weapons if push comes to shove lol. I've used shredlights for some time now and have never been disappointed. Now I just need to get my hands on some of their underglow Bluetooth lights.
