"The durability of the SL1000 and the R1 are amazing. I've gone through rocks, dirt and rain, and I haven't got any problems at all. And the brightness are so bright that I almost never use them at full brightness and if I use them, sometimes I get stopped just because they are TOO BRIGHT. Most of the time I use them on a 50% brightness and they last, minimum 2 DAYS!!! At least the the SL1000. The R1 lights, I always use them on the lowest brightness and they are enough."

The metal mounting brackets and rubberized locking clips ensure the light stays on and not vibrate off. Very well thought out product and worth every penny if you ask me. Not knocking on the other competitors lights but if you read their reviews you'll see that those won't last long and you'll end up repurchasing. Save the frustration and do it right the first time and make your board look like it will Shred staying still."

"Bought the SL1000 combo pack. Installed onto Meepo shuffle V4. Used flat mount for underneath. Lights are pricey, but if you want to be seen and see yourself hands down best lights. I like the various settings as well. The rear lights are nice as well. Bright various modes easy to mount.Standard mount for rear. Can be mounted on top or below deck. I have used them several times for night riding. I don’t go riding without them. Just purchased the newest light for underneath the board. Can’t wait to see what that looks like."

"With very few lighting options for eskateboards shredlights are a great choice. The battery runtime is great and the lights are bright. The lights are very customizable thanks to the many mode options. The brackets make it convenient to position the lights as needed. After going back and forth on the idea for over a month I’m happy I pulled the trigger on these lights."
